Good Written Skills-
I have good spelling and grammar along with being able to make my work sound reasonable and sensible by using certain types of words.

I could improve my written skills by reading more books and also by looking over my work more to improve the grammar.
- I could read books that are more advanced e.g. learning books.
- I could also read over books more than once to really help me understand the type of language used. This could help written skills a lot and helps me with story writing.
- If I read over my work more often, I may be able to understand the mistakes that I’m making.
- I need to work on my hand writing as it can be tough to understand at times. I can do this by simply writing more.

Good Presentation Skills-
I am able to talk to being with confidence while also being able to deal with tough customers.

I think I could attempt to improve my presenting skills.
- While presenting, I tend to look away from the audience. I could try to look and include them in the presentation more. I could practise this in front of family and friends.
- I also talk too much sometimes which can be boring so I could shorten the length of my talk.
- If I add in questions to my PowerPoint for the audience to answer, it will help the PowerPoint become more interesting.
- Lastly, I should include more speaker notes and practise presenting more.

Photoshop-
I have had a lot of training with Photoshop and I know how to use nearly every tool.

I could still improve with the amount I change an image e.g. more/less editing.
- I could make more than 1 edit of an image/picture, to understand how much editing is needed and what the best editing looks like.
- I could improve the quality of my work as sometimes it can be a little messy.
- I need to improve the amount of time it takes me to edit a picture because I tend to spend to much on Photoshop and not enough on work.
- I could learn how to use all the tools in Photoshop and not just use the few I know. I could do this by taking a class.

Tolerance
My tolerance level is very low and I find it hard to be patient with tough customers.

I could improve my tolerance by trying to be more patient with people.
- I need to learn that all people will have a slightly different attitude towards different subjects e.g. if they lose money. I can do this by talking to new people with different attitudes.
- I can then attempt to sort out the problem by talking through the problem with them.
- If this doesn’t work, I need to be able to keep calm and not get angry with them. I can do this by working on calming techniques.
- If I can not sort the problem, I must send them to a person that can.

Information systems
Information Systems is my most difficult subject on my course. Its hard to concentrate and I usually get lost when starting work.

I need to improve my Information Systems skills as it is my worst subject.
- Firstly, I need to listen to the teacher more as my head starts to wonder after a few minutes.
- If I don’t understand what the teacher has said then I need to explain to her and ask for help.
- I could spend more time looking at the notes and PowerPoint presentations that are given to me in Moodle. This will help me understand what is happening more.
- I can ask my friends for help if they have a wide understanding about what is happening.

Computer Systems
Although I enjoy computer systems, I find it hard to understand all of the inside of a computer e.g. RAM, ROM etc

I need to find an easier way for me to understand the inside of a computer.
- I could explain to the teacher that I have having a problem with learning all of the hardware devices and follow his advice.
- I can also go online and look at diagrams and websites explaining each piece.
- I could take apart my old computer and check the inside of it myself. This will help me figure out where all hardware devices are kept.
- I can take a look at the notes that have been given to me on moodle and see if they could help.
